Working Together: Equitable and Effective Cooperation between Artisans and Designers

Effective Partnerships between artisans and designers are required to sustain and take the craft sector ahead. The purpose of this workshop is to explore these partnership models that involve the creative participation of artisans and designers in product development and marketing. The workshop will include the Code of Practice for Partnerships in Craft & Design developed through the Sangam Project. as well as commercial models that work with online and social media platforms. The workshop will identify issues in making these models successful and deliberate on how we can work around the issues that prevent realisation of potential value.
This workshop is for artisans, designers, NGO workers/managers, retail/brand managers
