Saturday 15 October 2011 at Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat, India (about an hour north of New Delhi, see map)
This workshop to considers contemporary trends in product development that use instruments of transnational law to sustain ethical value. It not only critically examines such practices as potential alibis for structural exploitation, but it also considers constructive ways in which transnational law might underpin more equitable forms of north-south partnership.
This event is organised by Jindal Global Law School as part of Sangam (Australia India Design Platform) in association with the Ethical Design Laboratory at RMIT Centre for Design and University of Melbourne Law School.
